Jeff Schilling is a resident of Boulder, Colorado, with a fascinating eye history. As a child in Olmsted County, Minnesota, he was part of a very early study of 1% atropine. He ended up using atropine for around 10 years. As an adult, he had bilateral radial keratotomy. Finally, he developed cataracts at a relatively young age—something he attributes to a number of factors.
